Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dedicated team in Merced, CA. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic school setting and play a pivotal role in enhancing the communicative abilities of students.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and diagnose students with various speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans to address municative challenges and enhance speech abilities.
  • Collaborate with educational staff and families to integrate speech therapy techniques with students' overall educational plans.
  • Provide individualized and group therapy sessions to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Maintain detailed records of students' progress and adjust intervention strategies as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Current state license in Speech Language Pathology or eligibility for licensure.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
  • Prior experience in a school setting is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
