As a Critical Care Nurse Specialist with IntelyCare, you'll have the flexibility to work in various post-acute care facilities, including ALFs and SNFs. You'll be responsible for administering nursing care, devising care plans, and ensuring residents receive personalized treatments and medications.

Job Responsibilities
- Providing direct patient care, including administering medications and performing medical procedures
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each resident
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care, including vital signs, medication administration, and treatment plans
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including doctors and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
- Leading by example, mentoring new nurses, and promoting a culture of excellence within the facility
- Educating residents and their families on health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies

Qualifications and Skills
- Current Maryland state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Graduation from an approved nursing program
- Post-acute care or in-patient hospital experience (at least 4 months)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
