Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Opportunity at Sobe Innovative Rehab

Sobe Innovative Rehab is a dynamic and innovative therapy provider dedicated to delivering top-notch geriatric care in assisted living facilities. We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team on a part-time basis, offering flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated PTA with excellent clinical skills and a passion for working with geriatric patients. As a PRN therapist, you will work on a per diem basis, accepting patient assignments as needed. This role offers unparalleled flexibility, allowing you to choose when you work and accept or decline cases based on your availability.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implementing selected components of care and interventions in a technically competent manner
- Providing skilled intervention to improve patient functional independence
- Communicating with families, physicians, and other healthcare team members
- Maintaining timely, thorough documentation of services in the medical record

Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with an Associate's degree in Physical Therapy
- Two years of clinical experience in respective fields of study (preferred)
- Active licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant

This PRN opportunity offers competitive compensation rates, higher than those of traditional full-time positions. With no long-term contracts, you can take on assignments without being tied to a specific facility for an extended period. You may also be called upon to cover weekend shifts or holidays, often with premium pay rates.
