Join Our Tax Team as a Tax Supervisor

Marcum LLP is a leading accounting and consulting firm that offers a dynamic and challenging work environment. As a Tax Supervisor, you will play a key role in our tax team, working closely with our clients to provide expert tax advice and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review tax returns, including intermediate to advanced level returns
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge of accounting standards and reporting requirements
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on technical accounting matters
  • Manage multiple assignments and ensure timely completion
  • Communicate with senior management on work status and client issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPA license or on track to obtain
  • Master's degree in Taxation or Accounting
  • Software experience in CCH ProSystem and Microsoft Office 365
