Key Responsibilities- Use the E.C.E.T. process to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Recommend related items and execute sales processes
- Maintain awareness of promotions and advertisements
- Execute daily operational goals and priorities assigned by store management
- Assist in training and developing peers
- Participate in daily huddle meetings
- Uphold merchandising and store cleanliness standards
- Process new shipments and maintain receiving and back stock areas
- Greet every customer and provide assistance
- Be proficient in executing store services, such as mixing paint and cutting glass
- Ensure all shipments are packed out and overstock is managed
- Partner with store management to coach staff on inventory management best practices
- Review daily store appearance and make necessary changes
- Monitor store transfers and expedite outstanding transfers
- Responsible for opening and closing the store and securing assets
- Process damaged and defective goods
- Protect company assets and follow loss prevention procedures
- Maintain a positive relationship with store management team
- Address safety concerns immediately
- Update store management on progress and staff performance
- Be a positive role model and communicate positively regarding company strategies
