Job Summary

Schneider is seeking a skilled CDL-A Intermodal Truck Driver to join our team in Concord, NC. As a Local Intermodal Nighttime Truck Driver, you will be responsible for hauling freight containers secured to company-owned chassis, with 90% no-touch freight that is 80% drop-and-hook.

Key Responsibilities
  • Haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis.
  • Drive in and out of railyards within South Carolina, Virginia, and North Carolina.
  • Meet daily delivery requirements.

Requirements
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • Drivers on this account are required to drive at night.
  • Tanker endorsement is strongly preferred.
  • HazMat endorsement required within 90 days of hire.
  • Live within 50 miles of Charlotte, NC.
  • Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
