About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at LewisGale Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical providers, monitoring patient responses and adjusting care plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, empowering them to take an active role in their healthcare.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
  • Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
