Bull City Talent Group is seeking a highly skilled Lead ERP Systems Manager to oversee the ongoing support and enhancement of SAP systems. This pivotal role will primarily involve the orchestration of support across all functional domains of SAP. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: managing SAP Functional Analysts and Department Managers, tailoring SAP for cross-functional applications, coordinating consultant assistance, strategizing for SAP release upgrades, overseeing integration testing, collaborating with the internal SAP basis support team, resolving SAP issues, liaising with the parent company on SAP activities, and supervising IT staff responsible for SAP applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the performance and productivity of team members assigned to SAP applications.
- Facilitate appropriate training and development opportunities for team members.
- Establish protocols and trained backups to ensure business continuity in all scenarios.
- Customize the SAP system to align with the current and future requirements of the organization.
- Collaborate with IT Functional Analysts, Department Managers, and key users to evaluate processes and suggest enhancements that boost quality or efficiency.
- Manage change initiatives within the SAP environment.
- Schedule and coordinate external consultant support for various SAP functional areas.
- Oversee SAP integration testing processes.
- Plan for SAP upgrades, extensions, and interfaces.

Required Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience with SAP systems.
- Proven experience in leading projects and teams utilizing a mix of internal and external resources.
- Comprehensive knowledge of various SAP modules.
- Familiarity with SAP data structures and database architecture.
- Experience in configuring and customizing the SAP environment to meet business needs.
- Process-oriented with a track record of implementing best practices and ensuring adherence through effective change management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
