Concrete Foreman

Methuen Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of concrete construction projects.

• Supervise and direct a team of 5-10 people to ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to safety standards.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with general construction and concrete construction safety standards and practices.
• Plan, layout, erect, and brace formwork for concrete footings, walls, columns, and slabs.
• Install reinforcing steel, including reading rebar shop drawings.
• Place and finish concrete, ensuring high-quality results.
• Provide accurate layout for line and grade, from established benchmarks.
• Work at heights while following fall protection protocols.
• Review and analyze job cost reports and labor production reports.
• Implement corporate quality control programs.
• Take direction and manage multiple people, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

• Minimum 5 years of industrial construction experience.
• Current licenses applicable to the trade.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude and desire to learn and improve.
• Ability to train and mentor teammates.

The successful candidate will be able to work in a dynamic construction environment, with occasional out-of-state and overnight travel. The ability to stand for extended periods, safely maneuver around construction equipment, and work in various weather conditions is essential.
