Job Summary:

As a Client Operations Specialist at GetixHealth, you will serve as a liaison between our operations and the client (Dignity Health/Optum360). This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients via various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries regarding accounts assigned to GetixHealth, utilizing strong customer service skills to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Process payment plan requests, place holds on accounts, cancel accounts, and address general account questions in a timely manner.
  • Update client-hosted systems with account information and perform credit card reporting for patient payments.
  • Review financial assistance applications and complete patient credit card refunds as needed.
  • Verify self-pay balances through insurance follow-up and correct any discrepancies in missing payments or postings.

Requirements:
