About Our Pet Training Program

PetSmart is a community of pet lovers who share a passion for providing exceptional care and training to pets. As a Pet Trainer, you will be part of this community, leading engaging classes for pet parents and helping pets develop essential skills.

About the Role

As a Pet Trainer, you will participate in our Pet Training Instructor Accreditation Program, learning proven techniques developed by leading dog trainers. Upon completion, you will emerge as a trusted Accredited Dog Trainer, specializing in dog behavior and learning theory.

You will be hands-on with pets, leading our Pet Training Programs and teaching classes to a variety of dog breeds, sizes, and ages. You will also guide pets through our Pet Therapy Training Program and build strong bonds with all two-legged and four-legged members of your class.
