Job Overview:

The Production Worker will be responsible for taking various molded products and trimming or assembling them into finished goods within quality and efficiency standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Pull and review work instructions prior to starting a job, ensuring all necessary information and tools are in place.
  • Retrieve products for trimming or assembly and move them to designated areas when complete.
  • Finish molded products using various methods, including hand and power tools, pallet jacks, hot irons, and open flames.
  • Complete product labels and ensure products are identified throughout each operation.
  • Responsible for final inspection of products and ensure they meet excellent quality standards before shipping to customers.
  • Use a reporting system to record production.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Effective communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to read and write proficiently in English
  • Ability to use hand and power tools
  • Ability to operate and maintain industrial equipment
Education and Experience:
  • 1-2 years' experience in manufacturing preferred
Working Conditions:

Able to work in a hot and humid environment for extended periods. This job is in a typical manufacturing environment, including ovens, torches, rotating tools, forklifts, and loud work environments.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain stationary with intermediate walking throughout the shift.
  • Frequently lift parts weighing up to 50 pounds alone and parts more than 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Must be able to transport these up to 20 feet.
