Event Overview:
As a Ticketing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in ticket sales, operations, and customer service. Your responsibilities will include addressing ticketing inquiries at the box office, ensuring guests have the correct credentials, and assisting management with ticketing processes and platforms. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn about the ticketing industry while engaging with event attendees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests by providing accurate information regarding events
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns
  • Efficiently process Will Call ticket orders
  • Represent AEG and its partners with professionalism and integrity
  • Demonstrate punctuality and self-motivation with a keen attention to detail
  • Communicate essential information effectively with clients and guests
  • Deliver the highest level of customer service
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Current college student pursuing a degree in hospitality, marketing, sports management, communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Desire to establish a career in sports and live entertainment
  • Ability to provide outstanding service by anticipating guest needs and resolving issues promptly
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative work ethic
  • Previous ticket sales experience is advantageous
  • Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Must pass a background check
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
Compensation:
The pay rate for this position is $16 per hour.
