As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate end-to-end oversight of Front office and Middle Office Information Delivery to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the portfolio health for assigned accounts, identifying issues associated with cash, settlements, valuation, recons, ad-hoc processing and reporting
- Perform pre/post cycle reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of portfolio data
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, business operations teams, and IT, to resolve issues and improve operational controls
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for process improvement, implementing changes to enhance operational efficiency and quality

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-7 years of experience in financial services, with a strong background in middle office services
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
- Strong customer service acumen and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of securities language and experience with operational controls and risk management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines
