Lead Medical Nursing Specialist

About the RoleThis 36-hour per week position requires a dedicated professional with a passion for nursing and a commitment to providing outstanding patient experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients undergoing surgical procedures in our state-of-the-art Perianesthesia Care Unit.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care through effective assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure informed decision-making.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in nursing.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of medical/surgical nursing experience is desired.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
- Membership in a professional nursing organization is a plus.
