We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night's Rest Expert. In this role, you'll cultivate strong relationships with customers, provide technical product knowledge, and drive sales growth.

As a Dream Sleep Specialist, you'll be responsible for creating an environment where customers feel valued and supported. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies that drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

• Create an environment where customers are always at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical product knowledge and serve as a subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase.
