Cherokee Analytics is in search of adept professionals to fulfill the role of Biological Warfare (BW) Analysts, providing critical support to our governmental client. The BW Analyst is responsible for delivering comprehensive analytic support across various domains including collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic needs.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Biological Warfare Analyst:
  • Conducts analysis of BW programs, focusing on national and military doctrines, strategies, plans, policies, intentions, command structures, and resources related to current, emerging, and future initiatives.
  • Identifies technical capabilities, security measures, and vulnerabilities associated with BW programs, including production, stockpiling, logistics, security, research and development, and characteristics of BW facilities.
  • Performs analysis on BW proliferation and procurement by identifying and monitoring entities involved in the sale or transfer of controlled and dual-use BW-related materials.
  • Assesses supply chain vulnerabilities and identifies procurement requirements for BW programs.
  • Undertakes additional job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; must be willing and able to obtain CI Polygraph.
  • Preferred minimum of twelve (12) years of experience relevant to the BW Analyst role, with at least some experience within the last two (2) years.
  • Preferred Master's Degree in a field pertinent to the BW Analyst position.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of BW Analyst activities necessary to fulfill mission objectives.
  • Proven ability to interpret complex, incomplete, or technically advanced information.
  • Ability to structure analysis based on reporting trends and diverse analytic perspectives from various analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to communicate insights derived from complex and seemingly unrelated information.
  • Demonstrated capability to collaborate with other intelligence community members for information sharing, collection driving, and resolving analytic disputes.
  • Proficient in developing concise, insightful, and comprehensive defense intelligence products.
  • Must meet pre-employment qualifications set by Cherokee Federal.
