ChristianaCare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) team. As a MICU Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the MICU
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medications, and treatments
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- BSN required
- ADNs candidate are required to commit to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire can be considered with relevant experience
- At least one year experience in acute care
- BLS required; ACLS preferred; must get within 6 months of hire
