Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Progressive Care Overflow (PCU 4) team at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. As an RN in this role, you will provide high-quality patient care and support the mission of our hospital.

About the Role: In this position, you will utilize your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serve as a patient-care innovator. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing.

Salary Information: The estimated annual salary for this position is $ $110,000, which includes shift differential and eligibility for Clinical Ladder pay increase.

Responsibilities: As a Registered Nurse on our PCU 4 team, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, developing and implementing individualized plans of care, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current state RN license or a current RN licensure with a multistate compact state, as well as an associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additionally, you must possess Current American Heart Association BLS certification or obtain within 90 days after hire date, Current American Heart Association ACLS certification or obtain within 6 months after hire date, and successfully pass an arrhythmia exam within 90 days after hire date.
