Job Title: Project Manager I

Job Description:

At Blue Star Partners LLC, we are seeking a skilled Project Manager I to lead and direct activities and personnel associated with small to large-scale projects, focusing on non-IT business applications and disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and direct activities and personnel associated with small to large-scale projects
* Oversee all facets of single or multiple, multidimensional, mission-critical projects through the Full Project Life Cycle
* Collaborate with project sponsors, business units, and users to define project scope, develop project initiatives, and implement project requirements
* Guide and monitor project staff, ensuring project success, and delivering quality project solutions within defined budgets and timelines

Requirements:

* 1-6 years of experience in project management, preferably in managing non-IT business applications
* Proven experience in managing projects through the full project life cycle, with a focus on quality and regulatory requirements
* Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships

Skills and Competencies:

* Proficiency in using project management tools and methodologies
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to identify problems, analyze data, and develop solutions
* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
* Ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* Flexibility and adaptability in managing changing project scopes, timelines, and priorities
* Understanding of quality and regulatory requirements, particularly in industries where compliance is critical
