Job Summary

Brightpoint, a leading human services organization, is seeking a highly skilled Juvenile Justice Specialist to join our team. As a critical member of our staff, you will provide strength-based, trauma-informed case management services to juvenile justice-involved youth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with youth and families in their homes and community-based locations to provide individualized services.
  • Develop and implement strength-based, trauma-informed case plans to address the unique needs of each youth.
  • Collaborate with other service providers, including educational and workforce readiness programs, local probation departments, and mental health and substance abuse treatment providers, to ensure coordination of services.
  • Complete thorough and timely documentation, including assessment and service notes, using a web-based client services platform.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related social services field.
  • Experience working with juvenile justice-involved youth highly desirable.
  • Valid driver's license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle required.
  • Clear and strength-based communication style, both verbally and in writing, required.
