Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example and set the standard for customer service excellence
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve customer concerns
  • Stay up-to-date on promotions, products, and services to provide expert recommendations to customers
