Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Sequoyah Pointe Skilled Nursing & Therapy. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and documenting patient information.
  • Assist with resident comfort and dignity, including preparing and administering injections and enemas as needed.
  • Collect and monitor catheters, provide wound care, and help coach staff as necessary to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
Requirements
  • Current and unencumbered Oklahoma Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) License.
  • Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification.
  • One (1) or more years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long Term Care environment preferred.
