Licensed Vocational Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team at DaVita. As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will work closely with our team to provide individualized care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and report patient progress to the healthcare team
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
- Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- IV certification (if required by state regulations)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body
- BONENT or CHT certification (if required by state regulation)
- Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting (preferred)
