Key Responsibilities:

  • Balancing accounts from the day shift
  • Managing front desk operations
  • Handling guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Scheduling wake-up calls and other concierge services
  • Addressing guest requests and concerns
  • Updating official documentation
  • Ensuring all end-of-day activities are completed
  • Assisting with reservations and transportation arrangements
  • Performing audits and preparing revenue reports
  • Processing cash and credit card transactions

Requirements:

  • Reliability and punctuality are essential, with a requirement to arrive 10 minutes before your shift starts
  • Flexibility in work schedules, including holidays and weekends, is necessary due to the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry
