Job Summary:
HexaQuEST Health, Inc. is seeking a skilled RN to work as a Charge Nurse in our Long Term Care facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the nursing care of residents, preparing and administering medications, and performing various treatments and assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and administer medications to residents
• Perform various treatments and assessments as needed
• Oversee the nursing care of residents and ensure high-quality care
• Collaborate with the DON to ensure smooth facility operations

Requirements:
• Currently active RN license
• Less than 1 year of experience
• 36 minimum guaranteed hours
• BLS/BCLS certification
• Meditech EMR experience

Work Schedule:
• 6A-2:30P, Sunday-Monday and Wednesday-Friday, then Sunday-Thursday
