Position Overview

As the Senior Vice President of Customer Engagement, you will join a vibrant team dedicated to delivering superior nutrition for every stage of life.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies that translate brand objectives into actionable 4P guidelines by promoted group and channel.
  • Implement the Local Success Model (LSM - 4Ps) to establish specific goals for each channel and trade class.
  • Standardize pricing structures to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Provide market insights to business General Managers and marketing teams.
  • Establish the capability to deliver category management decision-making support to key clients.
  • Assist in planning and logistics for customer-facing and management events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute effective customer engagement strategies.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to derive insights into customer behaviors, preferences, and trends.
  • Monitor customer feedback, identify challenges, and propose enhancements to improve customer experience.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at boosting customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring enduring partnerships.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to guide strategic decisions.
