Job Description:
As a Bartender at Orange Hill Restaurant, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality cocktails, providing attentive service, and maintaining a clean bar area. You will engage with guests, take drink orders, and make recommendations based on their preferences. Additionally, you will have a thorough understanding of the beverage menu and be able to effectively communicate this information to guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Craft high-quality cocktails with precision and consistency.
  • Provide friendly and attentive service to bar patrons.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the beverage and food menu.
  • Upsell featured cocktails and specials to increase sales.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar.
  • Accurately process cash and credit card transactions.
  • Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication.

Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
