Responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving a diverse range of beverages with precision and flair.
• Engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience.
• Demonstrating expert knowledge of whiskey varieties, including origins, flavor profiles, and pairing suggestions.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking inventory and managing supplies.
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations, ensuring responsible service of alcohol at all times.

We require:

• 2 or more years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume establishment
• Strong knowledge of whiskey and other spirits, with a passion for mixology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• TIPS or similar certification (can obtain upon hire)
