Job Title: Help Desk Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Help Desk Specialist to join our team at Community Bank NA. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and ensuring that their issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technical support staff as needed
  • Document and track customer interactions and issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware
