Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee warehouse operations and enhance efficiency. This role is crucial in the growth and success of Hims & Hers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain ownership of a specific functional area within the warehouse, ensuring quality and productivity standards are met.
  • Manage daily operations, including performance measurement and attendance tracking, to optimize effectiveness.
  • Coach and oversee employees to optimize their performance and achieve departmental goals.
  • Collaborate with warehouse management to address operating issues and implement continuous improvement projects.
  • Train new employees and oversee staffing and talent management to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
  • Plan and coordinate material transfers throughout the warehouse, ensuring proper inventory control procedures are followed.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • GED or high school diploma, Associate's degree preferred.
  • Customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other applications.
