Job Description

Shodair is seeking a highly skilled Patient Accounting Specialist to coordinate and facilitate patient medical billing and collection activities in assigned areas.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical office or hospital setting, with excellent customer service skills and problem-solving abilities. Strong analytical and computer skills are also required for this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Claim submission and payment posting
  • Payer claims research and resolution
  • Customer service and accounts receivable management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a hospital or medical office setting

We offer a competitive salary range of $17.91 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including tuition assistance, student loan repayment options, paid medical and vision insurance, and a 6% 403B contribution.
