Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating munication disorders in students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' munication abilities and identify areas of need.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and intervention strategies to address speech, language, and munication disorders.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with diverse munication needs, including articulation, fluency, voice, and language disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' munication skills in the classroom and educational settings.
  • Monitor student progress, collect data, and adjust intervention plans as needed to promote growth and achievement.
  • Provide consultation and training to school staff on strategies for supporting students with munication disorders.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, progress reports, and therapy sessions.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid California state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
  • Certificate of Clinical petence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • California Educator Credential in Speech-Language Pathology issued by the California mission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC).
  • Previous experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a school or educational setting preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and best practices in speech-language pathology.
  • Excellent munication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
