The Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Family Services Manager to lead our Family Services Team at Go Kids Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing family-centered service plans, connecting families with community resources, and ensuring that our services meet the needs of our clients.

Key responsibilities include managing caseworker assignments, supervising case management staff, developing and maintaining relationships with community partners, participating in multi-disciplinary review teams, and engaging in professional development and capacity building efforts.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Child Development, or a related field
  • Two to three years' experience working with children/families; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Endorsement in Infant Family Early Childhood Mental Health (IFECMH) or working toward endorsement and/or Santa Clara County's Family Development Course units a plus

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $66,250 to $70,625 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, the successful candidate will receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, employee assistance program, tuition reimbursement program, student loan repayment program, life insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
