Job Title: Senior Patient Care Liaison

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Patient Care Liaison to join our team at Avispa Technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and coordination services to our high-level patients, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized and customized service to all new and existing patients, including front desk check-in processes, record coordination, and physician referral registration.
  • Utilize resources across the healthcare system to successfully meet program goals, including meeting patient satisfaction standards, increasing referrals, marketing, outreach, and philanthropy.
  • Coordinate all aspects related to patient referral, including phone reception, overseeing the front area for cleanliness, refilling supplies, and assisting patients with beverages.
  • Retrieve faxes and deliver them to the appropriate person, help with coordinating new patient visits, and submit and track office invoices to be paid by accounts payable.
  • Process and track IT requests for the office and work with building maintenance on office upgrades and issues.

Requirements:

  • Ability to produce an appropriate quantity of work in a timely and consistent manner, with skills to concentrate on monitoring the accuracy of work without getting bogged down in unnecessary detail.
  • Demonstrates skills to teach patients through breaking down moderately complex concepts and policies in an understandable way.
  • Interpersonal skills to develop working positive relationships with patients, team members, and cross-functionally, actively cooperating and supporting the work of others to get a job done.
  • Ability to apply reasoning skills to evaluate issues and identify a potential solution, acquiring analytical abilities to weigh alternative solutions against objectives.
  • Ability to perform all commonly applicable functions in word processing and spreadsheet software, with basic knowledge of insurance plans and sites to gather information for patients and share information with clients.
  • Working knowledge of the medical center to perform essential functions efficiently and effectively, with knowledge of concierge services and relevant medical center and policies.
  • Knowledge of cash collection and daily closing drawers, proficient in Apex to scope of job, with ability to register patients and check patients in for appointments.

Working Conditions:

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $35-$40
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
  • 40 hours/week, 7 week assignment, possible extension
