Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing and communications functions, including revenue responsibility for mass and mid-level donor segments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and communications, with a proven track record of success in building brand awareness and acquiring new donors.

The Marketing Director will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives engagement and conversion. This includes developing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns, managing a team of employees and external vendors, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve fundraising and audience engagement objectives.

The successful candidate will have excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results. They will also have a strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, including audience segmentation, campaign development, and measurement and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives engagement and conversion
• Manage a team of employees and external vendors to achieve marketing and communications objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve fundraising and audience engagement objectives
• Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in marketing and communications, with a strong background in fundraising and donor engagement
• Proven track record of success in building brand awareness and acquiring new donors
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, including audience segmentation, campaign development, and measurement and evaluation
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results
