We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Home Health Nurse to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled pediatric home care to children with complex medical needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies
Requirements:
  • RN/LVN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
  • Current CPR certification
