Job Title: Pediatric Home Health Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Home Health Nurse to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care. As a Pediatric Home Health Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical care to medically fragile children in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role:
  • Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements:
  • RN/LVN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
  • Current CPR certification
