Position Overview

As a Travel Nurse RN, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing, implementing, and assessing patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Providing direct care to patients before and after surgical procedures.
  • Monitoring vital signs and promptly reporting any adverse reactions to medications.
  • Administering prescribed medications and treatments to assigned patients.
  • Responding to medical emergencies and notifying the appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Exhibiting flexibility to travel to various assignment locations.
  • Complying with the facility's scheduling requirements.
  • Completing onboarding processes efficiently.
  • Adapting quickly to new settings while maintaining a commitment to high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical Surgical nursing role.
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Possession of a current state-specific RN license in good standing, or a compact state RN license.
  • BLS certification is required; ACLS certification may be necessary.
