Position Overview- Specialty: Medical Surgical
- Discipline: Registered Nurse

- Shift: 12 hours, nights
- Weekly Hours: 36 hours
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and assessing patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team. Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluating medical data and delivering direct care to patients pre- and post-surgery.
- Monitoring vital signs and promptly reporting any adverse reactions to medications.
- Administering prescribed medications and treatments to assigned patients.
- Responding to medical emergencies and notifying the appropriate team members as needed.
- Demonstrating flexibility to travel to various assignment locations.
- Adhering to the facility's required schedule and completing onboarding tasks promptly.
- Adapting quickly to new environments while striving for excellence in patient care.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Surgical nurse.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current state-specific RN license in good standing or a compact state RN license.
- BLS certification is required; ACLS certification may be necessary.
