* Assist with planning and execution of departmental tasks and work orders

* Proactively respond to issues and deficiencies with recommended solutions and communicate resolution processes to supervisors
* Timely communicate critical information regarding jobs, assignments, tasks, work orders, inspection forms, and job completion check-off sheets to supervisors
* Use a variety of hand or power tools to address machinery, equipment, or production component issues/deficiencies
* May use specific disciplines (i.e., Mechanical, Welding, Instrumentations, Electrical, Computers, Vibration, or Refractory) to perform maintenance objectives on various equipment
* Support, encourage, and regularly practice approved safety procedures and protocols

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or GED
* Ability to read, interpret, and understand safety manuals, policies, and procedures
* Preferred qualifications: 1-3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, 1-3 years' general electrician experience, and strong mechanical, electrical, and operational aptitude in a manufacturing environment
