We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Happy Kids Dentistry in Auburn/Federal Way.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling Management: Coordinate patient schedules for dentists and hygienists, including last-minute cancellations and filling gaps in appointments.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage patient flow, verify forms, and handle phone calls and correspondence with patients.
  • Documentation and Organization: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient charts, scan documents, and ensure seamless communication between departments.
Requirements:
  • Degree and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental office setting.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
  • Personal Qualities: Professional demeanor, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
