About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Donor Center Technician to join our team. As a Donor Center Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our donor centers, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the development of innovative healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct pre-donation medical screenings to ensure donor suitability
- Interact with donors and respond to their needs in a professional and courteous manner
- Assess donor suitability and engage in set-up procedures
- Provide feedback to ineligible donor candidates
- Ensure all donor screening information is complete and accurate
- Maintain donor confidentiality
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Superior customer service skills
- Interest in making a difference in the world
- Ability to obtain required state licensures or certifications (where applicable)
