About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Donor Center Technician to join our team. As a Donor Center Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our donor centers, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the development of innovative healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct pre-donation medical screenings to ensure donor suitability
  • Interact with donors and respond to their needs in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assess donor suitability and engage in set-up procedures
  • Provide feedback to ineligible donor candidates
  • Ensure all donor screening information is complete and accurate
  • Maintain donor confidentiality
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Interest in making a difference in the world
  • Ability to obtain required state licensures or certifications (where applicable)
