Donor Center Phlebotomist

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at the American Red Cross. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in collecting lifesaving blood donations from volunteer donors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with your team to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for donors
- Follow all safety procedures while collecting blood donations
- Utilize your healthcare and customer service skills to assist donors throughout the blood collection process
Requirements:
- Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum one year customer service experience in a public setting
- Current, valid driver's license with good driving record (may be required)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior healthcare or phlebotomy experience (CNA, MA, EMT, etc.)
- Prior leadership experience
