Job SummaryMonroe Staffing is seeking an experienced Tig Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating specialized hand and power tools, reading and interpreting welding codes and blueprints, and maintaining good working knowledge of the welding characteristics of metals such as stainless steel and aluminum.Key Responsibilities
  • Measure and align workpieces using straightedges, clamps, and calipers.
  • Set up and operate TIG welding equipment.
  • Operate power and hand tools to join thin metals.
  • Maintain a high level of quality in welding operations.
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, schematics, and codes.
Requirements
  • Experience with TIG welding and metal fabrication.
  • Strong knowledge of welding codes and blueprints.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
