Job Title: Title Specialist

Join Hendrick Automotive Group as a Title Specialist and take on a challenging role that requires attention to detail and organizational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing tax and title documents on a timely basis, examining contracts to ensure conformity to specified requirements, and submitting legal transfer documents to the DMV in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare tax and title documents accurately and efficiently
  • Examine contracts to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Submit legal transfer documents to the DMV in a timely manner
  • Maintain CSI at or above company standards
  • Process paperwork efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain files of tax and legal transfer documents
Requirements:
  • No prior experience or training required
  • Ability to receive and communicate with customers courteously, efficiently, and professionally
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple instructions
  • Ability to deal with standardized situations
Work Environment:

Duties are performed primarily at a desk in an office setting. Work includes frequent clerical and administrative responsibilities and interaction with customers and employees.
