Profitability:

  • Ensure accurate cash handling and security procedures are followed.
  • Conduct regular inventory inspections to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Receive and manage inventory truck orders.

Guest Experience:

  • Lead Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate, fast, and friendly interactions in a clean environment.

People Development:

  • Provide coaching and feedback to Team Members to enhance their skills and contribute to the restaurant's success.

Operations:

  • Set an example for Team Members by implementing shift plans and driving operational results.
  • Direct efficient preparation and sale of products to meet established speed of service guidelines.
  • Motivate Team Members during shifts to optimize performance.
  • Review restaurant results to identify areas for improvement and ensure operational standards are met.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
  • 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of customer service principles.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed.
