Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct general repair and maintenance tasks, including machinery, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical wiring.
- Perform safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards, identifying potential hazards and recommending repairs or replacements.
- Execute electrical maintenance tasks, including lighting, switches, outlets, fuses, and breakers.
- Utilize hand and power tools for equipment repairs.
- Participate in the planning and execution of office and building renovations.
- Carry out predictive and preventative maintenance across corporate office buildings and manufacturing facilities.

Routine Duties:
- Maintain HVAC systems to ensure optimal climate control.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.
- Implement preventative maintenance programs.
- Perform routine repairs, including windows, doors, walls, and painting.
- Conduct daily grounds maintenance.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of experience in facilities maintenance.
- HVAC certification is required.
- Familiarity with single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
- Strong mechanical aptitude is essential.

- Proficient problem-solving abilities to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
- Attention to detail to ensure thorough and accurate repairs.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in predictive and preventative maintenance.
