Core Software Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peoplesoft Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions for our clients within the PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) domain.

As a key member of our development team, you will leverage your expertise to translate business requirements into robust and efficient technical solutions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze complex problems, and deliver innovative solutions that drive business value.

Responsibilities:
  • Technical Solution Design & Development: Design, develop, and implement technical solutions for PeopleSoft FSCM applications, encompassing all phases of the application development lifecycle.
  • Requirement Analysis & Interpretation: Thoroughly analyze business requirements, conduct in-depth assessments, and translate them into clear and concise technical specifications.
  • Application Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize existing PeopleSoft modules to meet specific client needs. Develop custom solutions using PeopleTools, including Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, and Integration Broker.
  • Testing & Implementation: Conduct comprehensive unit testing, resolve identified issues, and ensure seamless implementation of developed solutions.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, team members, and clients throughout the development process. Foster a collaborative environment and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
Qualifications:
  • 8-12 years of proven experience in PeopleSoft FSCM application development.
  • Extensive knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) 9.2 modules, including Inventory (IN), Cost Management (CM), Purchasing, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger.
  • Strong proficiency in PeopleTools technologies such as Application Engine, PeopleCode, Web Services (SOAP/REST), Component Interface, and Integration Broker.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
