Job Summary

The Roving Assistant Property Manager plays a critical role in supporting the Property Managers in driving operational excellence and property performance. This position will be based in a dynamic and growing region, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining the highest standards of quality in cleanliness, safety, and visual appearance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Property Managers in achieving 65% lead and reservation to move-in conversion ratio
  • Maintain 92% or higher unit occupancy and drive revenue growth month-over-month
  • Ensure 4% or less monthly delinquency

Objectives and Responsibilities

  • Perform grassroots marketing in the local area and attend community events to promote the FreeUp Storage brand
  • Conduct day-to-day light maintenance and repair of the facility, adhering to audit standards
  • Create exceptional customer experiences, with a customer-centric mindset
  • Promote and drive awareness of the FreeUp Storage brand
  • Maintain accurate digital records

Competencies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to research and understand state lien laws to stay up-to-date with local and state requirements

Qualifications

  • Valid Driver's license
  • High School Diploma required

Benefits

This is a full-time opportunity offering $18 per hour, with bonus potential. The schedule will be Tuesday - Friday, 9:30am - 6pm, Saturday 9:30am-4pm. The position includes health, dental, and vision benefits, 401K with company contribution, PTO, and uniform stipend.
